Everyone knows that summer in Miami means bathing suits and that means showing a little more skin. If you're still working on perfecting your beach bod with a tighter tummy and toned arms and legs then look no further than our specialized 30 Day Body by Brooklyn workout program. 

This workout program is designed to get you toned, tight and ready to face that bathing suit weather in 30 days. The focus of the program is 3 high intensity cardio-kickboxing classes per week in which you will burn at least 1,000 calories per class. Additionally, you will receive an independent cardio program to follow on your off days to maximize your results. You will also receive a personalized body-fat assessment on Day 1 and Day 30 of your program so you can set goals and quantify your results.

We can only take on a limited number of participants, though, and due to the special cost and highly effective programming, this program WILL sell out fast. Don't sleep on this if you want to be in great shape this summer. 

To sign up, all you have to do is buy a $10 deposit ticket, the cost of which is deducted from the total $69 entry fee. That will lock in your spot in the program. We will then contact you to schedule your first class and initial assessment. Once you come in, you will pay the remaining $59 to enter, begin your first assessment and orientation and get started!
