Two more days! Get excited! Another one of our vendors is Jeanette Havansek: "Hi everyone, it’s Jeanette! I started working with essential oils a few years ago when I learned about the therapeutic effects without any chemical side effects! I love things to be as pure and natural as possible, especially when we’re using it on our bodies! And I’ve always loved making homemade goodies and gifts for friends and family. So, I began making homemade spa gifts like bath bombs, shower melts, sugar scrubs, milk bath, and bath salts, using all natural ingredients and essential oils. They were a big hit, so this year I’m bringing them to you! Hope you like them too!" Here are some looks at her product!

Three days away! Another one of our incredible vendors is Megan Lynch, owner and creator of Freesia Fibers: "Freesia Fibers is all about creating fun & unique patterns for knitters and beautiful, well made goods for non-knitters. I base all of my designs off of people that I'm close to, so each stitch pattern, silhouette, and color scheme is specifically chosen to match their distinct personality and style. The name of my business stems from this idea - in Victorian England, each flower in a bouquet had a special meaning, and the freesia flower meant "lasting friendship". I'll be bringing a bunch of completed pieces of knitwear to the pop-up market and I'll also be taking orders for some of my bigger designs! You can find me on my website, Etsy, and Instagram @freesiafibers." You can get a preview of some of her work on her new website www.freesiafibers.com ! Don't just stick to online, though, come check her talent out in person this Friday!

Get ready, because the pop-up sale is just ONE WEEK from today! Our next vendor is an incredible company known as RISE, created and operated by Ado Bayero and Alan Cruz: "RISE, also known as 'the RISE brand,' is a lifestyle brand plus apparel shop. RISE is about inspiring individuals to be exceptional through the constant pursuit of excellence. Originally started as a project mid-way through 2012, the intention was to use stickers to promote a message - a message to inspire those around us to strive for more & RISE above the norm. RISE today is a brand that serves the people we create for, representing all walks of life. RISE is a lifestyle project that houses an apparel shop with a give back mentality." Be sure to stop by Anna Held next week, check out RISE's booth, and be reminded of the goodness that comes when we lift each other up. Happy December! Time flies. With that in mind, make sure you carve out some time to swing by the pop-up next week! Here's a look at our next fabulous vendor, Sabina: "I'm Sabina! I started embroidering when I was in college when I noticed I was always fidgety watching Nexflix. My Nana taught me how to sew when I was little, and I've appreciated it as a skill and art form since then. I think I like embroidery because there's something inherently soft and versatile about it; it's never hard to look at. Anna Held Floral Studio's pop up shop is my first not-online selling experience and I'm so psyched to be there!" Sabina will be at the pop-up with some of her embroideries in-tow! If you want to check out her merchandise ahead of time, you can find it here: www.sabinathehuman.etsy.com

The Pop-up is just 9 DAYS away! Grab some friends, and make an evening out of it! Our next featured vendor is Melissa Farmer, owner and creator of Farmtown Denim and Leather: "Farmtown Denim and Leather is a one-woman show. Each product in my shop is individually handmade by me in my little workshop. While I often explore many types of fabrics and materials, my work always comes back to raw denim - a textile that looks beautiful when fresh and new, but only becomes more beautiful and unique with wear. At its essence, it is a fabric that enables one to weave his or her own stories among the fading indigo cotton fibers." For the pop-up, Melissa will be bringing some of her smaller denim and leather accessories (bags, wallets, valet trays), a few wood pieces, lots of Christmas ornaments, and felt cacti because they're fun! Melissa's business website is currently on hiatus, but you can catch a glimpse of some of her products here: https://www.amazon.com/handmade/farmtowndenim Be sure to come in on Dec 9 and see her amazing work!

Here's a look at our next vendor! Martel, originally from Cleveland, Ohio is currently a student at SAIC, specializing in portraiture through various mediums. "The artwork I create is a representation of how I feel people should view everyday issues in America. My pieces address social issues that are often overlooked by us as a society. We tend to care and help within a week or two prior, but after that, usually, nothing more happens. It’s vital to me to convey awareness through my own artwork because it’s what I care about. It affects me everyday, and I don’t see enough art touching on the subjects I do, along with my perspective. Subjects included: police brutality, racism, consumerism, etc. As a young black male I create my own powerful voice through my artwork. The art I make is relevant and I want to be able to keep awareness of social issues alive. My work consists of combining the aspects of technical proficiency with the medium(s) I use and complex conceptual ideas." Martel will have pieces hanging for sale in the shop, debuting at the pop-up! Be sure to stop in and check out his impressive and compelling work.
