Actors and Filmmakers will learn how to craft compelling media releases, how to contact news producers and assignment editors and pitch their projects for news coverage as well as the secret to securing media coverage for their next role or project!

Vivian Fullerlove is the Owner of VLF Media & Promotions which provides a full range of marketing, public relations and promotional services including media buying, garnering media coverage and event planning. Founded in 2003, VLF Media & Promotions represents a variety of sports and entertainment clients and has handled local, regional and national marketing and publicity for a number of international productions including the world famous Nitro Circus, Nickelodeon Fresh Beat Band, Sesame Street Live, Harlem Globetrotters, John Hancock’s Stars on Ice and Scooby Doo: Stage Fright Live on Stage!

Vivian began her PR career in 1998 at Planet Hollywood Dallas managing high profile appearances by some of the world’s biggest stars including: Bruce Willis, Cher, N’Sync, Melanie Griffith, Cuba Gooding, Jr. and the late Patrick Swayze. During her time at the popular tourist attraction, she garnered media coverage on Access Hollywood, Entertainment Tonight and MTV. Following Planet Hollywood, she joined Ticketmaster Dallas where she conceptualized and implemented promotional events for the Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Summer Musicals, Texas Motor Speedway, Six Flags Over Texas and Billy Bob’s Texas with country music stars Ty Herndon, Doug Stone, Neal McCoy and Bryan White. In 2000, Vivian joined the marketing team at Verizon Theater (then NextStage Theater) where she was the head of marketing and publicity for campaigns for music icons Aretha Franklin, Carlos Santana, James Brown, Norah Jones, Pink! and many more of the biggest names in music. In 2003, she launched VLF Media & Promotions and landed PR contracts with Dallas Cowboys Quarterback Tony Romo, Clear Channel Theatrical (Touring), filmmaker Brad Keller (Killer Within, Inspector Mom) and Nationally Syndicated Radio Host Rickey Smiley.

Currently, her client list includes 7-Eleven, filmmaker Tricia Woodgett (Carter High, 1921), actor Brent Anderson (My All American, American Crime), actor Bentley Green (Netflix’s The Who Was?
