This exercise program teaches new skills while paddling our waterway. The group will agree on trip goals and exercise together for 60-90 min. and each week we may focus on a different skill. Class is not led by a professional personal trainer and the experience is intended to supplement your regular exercise regimen. Please arrive at or 5 min. prior to start time and be prepared for a workout.
