Detroit Future City is excited to announce the Fifth Year of the Working With Lots Program. DFC will host several office hours throughout the city. This is your chance to ask questions about how to apply to the program, the application process, ask questions about your specific project, and more!!! You will receive one-on-one assistance from a DFC staff member to make sure your project is the right fit for the program.

Past grantees have found these office hours very helpful in implementing their lot designs. DFC staff members are here to help you succeed!

When you come to the meeting, please come prepared the following:

• Any responses you’ve worked on for the application portion of the RFP
• Photos of the lot
• Parcel ID
• The lot design for which you are preparing a proposal
• Soil test results (if test was conducted and results have been received)
