On February 4, 2020, in collaboration with Cincinnati Public Schools (CPS) and Junior Achievement, United Way of Greater Cincinnati will host the fifth annual Unite for Teen Financial Literacy Day!
We are recruiting up to 150 volunteers representing banks, financial institutions, and other groups throughout the region to teach a version of Junior Achievement’s proven, interactive and fun financial literacy curriculum designed to help students own their economic success.
As we help children and families move toward self-sufficiency, we know a key step is preparing children, youth and young adults to succeed in school and life. The lessons will be part of the CPS My Tomorrow initiative, reaching all of the 2,400 seventh grade students across twenty CPS primary and secondary schools.
RSVP to save the date on your calendar, and we will reach back out in the fall to share more information and instructions to select your preferred shift and location.
