2020 Spring TN Real Estate Principles Pre License Course

Earn your Tennessee real estate license from The Real Estate Lab. Our real estate classes help you start your career  by preparing you to take the Tennessee real estate license exam. This is a course registration for the required 60 hours course to take the Tennessee real estate license exam. Your seat in the class in not confirmed until payment is received. 

*class schedule subject to change based on enrollment and at the discretion of the instructor. Student must be available to meet in class when decided and have access to internet, web camera, and audio function. Course requires download of Zoom meeting.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? Yes please read the requirements to obtain State of Tennessee Real Estate License.

REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS IN TENNESSEE

• At least 18 years old.
• Resident of Tennessee for at least 45 days prior to obtaining the license.
• High school graduate or hold a GED.
• Complete 60-Hour Basic Principles of Real Estate Course before sitting for exam.
• Pass state exam by scoring at least a 70%.
• Complete 30-Hour New Affiliates Course before applying for licensure.
• Within 6 months of passing the state exam, pay $100, have sponsoring broker sign license application, send proof of E&O Insurance.
