With the holiday season behind us, it can take some effort to get back on track. We can all use a little grounding and assistance in reinforcing our resolutions and intentions for the new decade
This session will begin with brief introductions to Sound Healing and Hypnosis. There will be some guided journaling followed by a short discussion to hone in on individual goals. Tina and Julie will then deeply relax you all and break down barriers, releasing what you don't need and solidifying what you do through guided imagery and sound during hypnosis. Please bring a yoga mat, pen & paper, pillows & blankets, (if you'd like), and a water bottle. Also, please wear comfortable clothes! Space is limited!
