Q: HOW DOES BAR CRAWL LIVE WORK?A: BCL is not your ordinary bar crawl! We excel in proficiency and fun. Just show up with your tickets, get your gear and party LIVE! Depending on theme and event size, we use LED bracelets as an indication when to head from bar to bar together. You will know you’ve arrived at the right place when you see our onsite Live team at the entrance of each venue. On top of the Kickoff party, Halftime party (middle of the crawl) and a HUGE After party, we ensure that venues are fully prepared by staffing properly and having entertainment (i.e. dj’s, performers etc..) provided. We partner with the top 5+ bars/clubs in each city and proudly represent 7+ LIVE Crawl Themes. All themes link: UPCOMING THEMED EVENTS ->LINK
Q: WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE? A: Participants are encouraged to wear onesies, whether it be costumes, pajamas, or their favorite inner spirit animal!
Q: DO I NEED A TICKET TO PARTICIPATE?A: Yes. Tickets are required for participation. Tickets include not only up to 40% off on drinks, up to 25% off on food, but also costs to run and operate the event (i.e. venue, entertainment, permits, security, insurance, staffing, etc..) It also provides swag (based on theme) & much much more.Q: DO YOU OFFER GROUP RATES?A: Yes! If you have a group of 3+ or just Facebook message m.me/BarCrawlLive.
Q: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "EARLY BIRD" vs “LIVE 1, 2 & 3 TIX TYPES?A: Early Bird tickets are tickets given at a discounted price for a short period of time as a “Thank You” to those of you who decide to purchase early. All ticket options offer the same benefits but at a different price based off of the ticket availability and time distance to the event. Purchase sooner than later! Don’t say we didn’t warn you!
Q: CAN A FRIEND CHECK ME IN?A: Yes. Please have a friend check you in if you can't make the last check-in time. They will have to meet you outside the venue to put on your wristband for entry. We just need your ticket.Q: HOW DO I ENTER THE COSTUME CONTEST?A: During the event take pics of you & your friends outfits and post those pics on our FB event page and/or tag us on IG #BarCrawlLive. The day after the event we will post a reminder for everyone to enter. We will then pick the top 5-10 single, duo & group costumes and start the contest on our FB page for everyone to vote on by liking their favorite outfit(pic). The pic with the most likes by the date stated in the contest will win the Grand Prize!
Q: DO I HAVE TO PRINT MY TICKET OUT?A: Please stay green! We can scan your ticket on your phone.Q: DOES EVERYONE RECEIVE A LED BRACELET? A: No! The first 50-100 ticket holders that check in during the kick-off party (First venue) will receive the bracelet. It's one LED bracelet each group. For any reason your bracelet stops working you can easily exchange it.Q: DOES THE NAME ON THE TICKET MATTER?A: The name on the ticket is irrelevant, however, the email and phone number of all parties is required in case we need to locate their ticket. As long as the ticket holders 21+ of age,  and a ticket hasn’t already been scanned you’re good to go.Q: ARE THERE REFUNDS?A: No, tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferrable. Ticket prices can increase based upon the overall availability at any time - we will announce such changes in advance. Drinking is 100% Optional, if you choose to drink, please drink responsibly. Event is a rain, snow, or shine event.
Q: CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS FROM ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL?A: We do NOT recommend purchasing from anyone that you do not know!!
