2020 Miltown LGBT Families Waterpark Weekend

Thanks for the feedback! We took a Facebook survey and Great Wolf Lodge won by a landslide. They continue to offer the most affordable option in the Wisconsin Dells and welcome our families back every year with open arms.

Given the growing attendance year-over-year we have made some improvements that will allow us to better handle our large group and ensure everyone has a great time. Please note our new registration options:

• Choice of early (5pm) and late (6:30pm) dinner on Saturday. We encourage those of you with younger kids to consider the early dinner so that you have plenty of time to eat and get into pajamas for the evening movie.
• In order to better manage our costs, we have two registration fees - one for families 4 or less and one for families 5 or more. Please remember we are a nonprofit organization with a very small budget. We welcome extended family members and friends, but please register them seperately from your immediate families.

All that to say, we are looking forward to another fun-packed weekend in the Wisconsin Dells with LGBT families from Milwaukee, Madison, Chicago, the Twin Cities, and elsewhere! We will splash the winter blues away, make new friends, and build community in the process.

Registering through Eventbrite gets your family access to:

• Miltown promo code that unlocks special rates and significant savings (note below)
• Friday evening social with heavy appetizers and cash bar
• Reserved cabanas where you can relax, meet up other families, leave your things, and enjoy contents of the mini fridges
• Saturday evening pizza party and cash bar
• Saturday evening entertainment for all ages, including Drag Queen bingo, pajama movie party, and parent social
• Other teen and family activities still in the works

Every year the event gets bigger, so make your plans soon! Please note the steps below to complete your registration and secure your accomodations before we sell out.

1. First, pay your $30/ $45 per family registration fee through this site. When registering, be sure to do so by selecting your Saturday early or late dinner option and family size. You will complete your registratation by adding names and ages for everyone in your family. You will receive a confirmation email that will include our Miltown promo code. Please be sure to use the same last name for this registration as you do when booking the hotel room. Hotel reservations that don't have a corresponding Eventbrite registration will be removed from our group and charged the standard rates.

2. Using the Miltown promo code, make your reservation at Great Wolf Lodge by going online to www.greatwolf.com/wisconsin-dells or by calling 866-965-9653. Rooms for our group are discounted to $140 per night with the resort fees waived. Room inventory is limited and can be reserved on a first come, first served basis. Please note double rooms remain - the kids cabin rooms have been reserved.
