• ARRIVAL TIME: Event check-in will open at 6pm, followed by a cocktail reception. Presentation to begin at 7pm. Due to Tysons Corner being a “high traffic/congested” area, it is recommended to plan your travel time accordingly for this special occasion, as to not miss a single moment!

• VENUE PARKING: There is complimentary on-site parking at the Sheraton hotel – you have 3 options:

- Park directly out front of the hotel, in the open parking lot

- Follow the parking lot signs to the underground parking garage for additional parking spaces. If you are parked in the garage, you will take the elevator up to level 1.

- There is also an additional spacious parking lot located behind the hotel

• BALLROOM LOCATION: Upon entering the hotel, take the main elevator up to the Mezzanine Level. The event will be held in the Tysons Ballroom.
