******We will design the trip that fits everyone (your friends and family can join). They will stay together, but they can do separate activities during the day in the same area that we are hiking (if they don t like to hike)******

TRIP COST, ADVANCE DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION:

***Plan your own and only join us to hike, $400 (non-refundable consulting fee). Contact the host directly for more info***

1. Advance Deposit due by Mar 10, 2020. (Add 10% to deposit amount if send after the due date depending of spaces availability). It is non-refundable deposit: $1000

2. Estimate cost land portion: To be updated. This was last year quote FYI: $1499+ per person for double occupancy. Contact for cost of single and triple occupancy.

The land will include: transportation, lodging, not included airfare, optional activities and most meals

CANCELLATION OF SERVICES:
The following policies apply when making a cancellation:

***After putting down deposit, it is non-refundable
***Cancellation on June 16 or after, 100% of the total amount is subject to forfeiture.

Requirements:
1. Had joined HikingOC on local hikes and conditioning hikes through out the years.
2. Indicate if you are not a moderate (level 2) hiker and like to join in the tourist group.

Part 2B (http://www.meetup.com/HikingOC/events/230140283/): Aug 9 -13 will be Banff, Lake Louise and more in the Canadian Rocky Mountains (sightseeing and moderate hikes) Flights RT to Calgary, Canada from LAX Aug 9-13
