2020 Geek Day 1M 5K 10K 13.1 26.2 

Geek Pride Day is celebrated each year on May 25! The date was chosen because its the date that the movie Star Wars was released.  Let’s face it, we all are geeks in our own way and we all have things that we “GEEK OUT” on.  Perhaps you geek out on reading or science or solving mathematical equations, or you geek out on trying new recipes, learning different cultures or learning survival skills.  One thing is for sure, there are millions of us out there that GEEK OUT on running, jogging and/or walking.  So it’s time to GET YOUR GEEK ON and celebrate Geek Day by completing a virtual 1M 5K 10K 13.1 or 26.2 and we’ll send you an awesome GEEK DAY MEDAL!

Along with celebrating all GEEKS worldwide, we will also be donating 15% of every registration to PENCILS OF PROMISE, an incredible organization that builds schools for children around the world, to give more kids an opportunity to gain an education.  We’re excited to do our part and help build a new school!

What: This is a 1M 5K 10K 13.1 or 26.2 virtual race in honor of Geek Pride Day!  You choose which distance you will complete.

When: Complete your race any time in May, even better if it’s May 25th!

*Medals and bibs will start shipping out mid-April. After that they will ship out within 2 to 5 days of signing up.

Where:  You choose the course and you time yourself (you’ll report your finishing time to us).

Why:  Because this is our way of celebrating Geek Pride Day!

Cost:  The price is $22 and that includes your medal, bib and shipping. Plus, at least 15% of every entry will be donated to PENCILS OF PROMISE.  *We are in no way affiliated with this charity, we like to choose a different charity for each of our races and are happy to raise funds for them.
