2020 Cooperative Professionals Conference

Seizing this Cooperative Moment: Accelerating Cooperative Professional Capacity

Legal and accounting professionals, paraprofessionals, and students who focus on cooperatives are invited to the 2020 conference to learn, meet, talk shop, and compare notes! The 6th Annual Cooperative Professionals Conference will provide training and networking opportunities through seminars, workshops, and interactive sessions on topics relevant to attorneys and accountants working with cooperative clients. We will share best practices and innovative approaches to strengthen and grow the cooperative sector through professional services.

The agenda has not yet been finalized, but will likely follow this format:

Thursday and Friday:

8:30-9:15-- Breakfast

9:15-10:30-- Morning Session 1

10:45- 12:15-- Morning Session 2

12:15 - 1:15-- Lunch

1:30-2:45pm-- Afternoon Session 1

3pm - 4:30pm-- Afternoon Session 2

4:30 pm onwards-- Happy/Social Hour

Saturday

8am-- Breakfast

9am-noon-- Half day of site visits to local cooperatives

Registration includes breakfast, lunch, happy hour on Thursday and Friday, transportation for the site visits, and conference materials.

Continuing Legal Education credits will be available in California (pending approval by the MCLE provider) and attendees from other states may be able to apply for credit in their states.
