2019 UMOEN Annual Conference

Plan to attend the Upper Midwest Oncology Education Network annual meeting at The Westin Edina Galleria in Edina, Minnesota.  New for 2019 the conference will take place over two days starting the evening of Friday November 15, 2019 and ending Saturday November 16, 2019. Interact with hematology/oncology healthcare professionals’ at the most extensive interdisciplinary conference in the upper Midwest. UMOEN’s Annual Meeting offers informative programs designed to address the educational needs of hematology/oncology practitioners.

The purpose of this annual meeting is to provide contemporary hematology/oncology education to healthcare professionals (MD, PA/NP, RN, PharmD, etc) working in Hematology/Oncology.

Lodging- New for 2019

The Westin Edina Galleria is offering our group a special guest room price of $139/night. The last day to take advantage of this special group price is October 25, 2019. You can reserve a room at this special rate by either calling and referencing our group UMOEN or online here. Please contact the hotel directly with any hotel related questions. 

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Complimentary parking is available on-site 

Valet Parking $12/day

Registration- Registration closes on November 8, 2019 and same day registration will not be available. 

• Friday and Saturday $85 - in order to register for Friday night you will need to add Friday night to the order which can be found toward the bottom of the registration page under "additional items".  Select Friday night conference ($10) to add your attendance to the order.  

• Saturday only $75 

*Save $20 by registering before October 1, 2019. Enter discount code "earlybird" by entering promotional code (in upper right corner) before selecting your ticket type and the discount will be applied. Refunds for forgetting to enter the early bird discount will not be offered. 

Registration closes on November 8, 2019 and same day registration will not be available. 

What is the refund policy?

Unfortunately registration to the event in non-refundable however you may transfer your registration to a colleague by contacting us.

Lactation Room

One private room will be available with a refrigerator to store breast milk. Please contact a UMOEN staff member to allow you access into this locked space.
