2019 NAMI Convention Volunteer Registration

Thank you for your interest in being a volunteer at the 2019 NAMI National Convention

Please read this important note before completing the application:

• You must complete the form in its entirety. Incomplete forms will not be reviewed.
• Applications should be submitted as soon as possible, but no later than April 30, 2019. Please note that volunteer slots will mostly likely fill up well before the deadline.
• Volunteers will be selected on a first come/first serve basis, and only active NAMI members (dues paid to date) will be able to volunteer.
• Volunteers who work two shifts totaling between 6-8 hours attend the convention at no charge.
• Volunteers are responsible for paying and making their own travel and hotel accommodations.
• We will notify volunteers of their assignments by May 15, 2019
