FAQs
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Only smiles allowed. Frowns will be checked at the door!. Bring the fun! Family Stories and tall tails. The weather in SF can get cold during the July. During July the fog can be so heavy that it drizzles rain. This usually happens during the morning, hours, with sunshine emerging in the late afternoon. Bring a warm coat, dress in layers just in case and brng a umbrella and a bathing suit..
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No
What is the $50.00 deposit for?
The deposit will let us know you are serious about attending, and provide seed money to seure the hotel space, pay for the family BBQ, and other misscellaneous items.
Are there other fees?
Yes, the banquet will have a cost - we will not know the cost until we know the number of family attending. the more family the cost goes down.
What happens if I miss the deposit or final fee deadlines?
Contact the organizer and let them know of your intentions to attend.
What other expenses can I expect?
There will be a final payment to offset the family banquet. Also, you may pay for any excursions, amusements and seeing trips...

I can't pay the deposit now - can I pay later or make payments?
Yes, please contact the organizers for payment options.
Can I pay deposit and final payments onsite - or when I arrive?
Please pay deposits and other fees in advance and or when requested. Your deposits not only tell us who is committed to attending, but the funds provide funds needed to ensure that we have a wonderful reunion event.. Delays create unforseen circumstances and may cause the organizers to not meet hotel obligaions.
Can I bring friends?
Yes, the more friends the merrier. However please be prepared to send a donation for the event that your friends attend..
What if I only want to attend the BBQ and not the Banquet or vise versa?
That is fine - let the organizer know that as well? The amount you pay will be prorated, based on the cost of the event.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, if you pay your deposit in advance and you are unable to attend you may give your ticket to another. Hotel reservations are transferable. Howeer, any r transfers of hotel rooms must be workd out directly with the hotel management. We (the organizers)will not be responsible for any fees,.consessions, services or charges incurred (outside of whats been ordered by the organizers) by family members during the reunion.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Thats ok - no problem
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you may update your information anytime prior to the Family reunion.
