Cesarean Childbirth Class -- February 21, 2019

This course is for those who want to learn about Cesarean childbirth and are not registered in one of our Childbirth Preparation Classes.

Course Content:

• Preparation for surgery
• Family centered care during birth
• Choices for anesthesia, pain relief, and coping techniques
• Physical and emotional steps to recovery

The Cesarean Childbirth Class is included in the Medical Options portion of our prepared childbirth classes.  If you have a cesarean, many of these medical options will also apply to you.  (If you prefer not to attend the full medical options discussion, you may arrive  at 7:15pm).
